FGDM is an Evidence-Based, best practice in child welfare/juvenile justice systems to break family cycles and to get the child/family out of the system.

The purpose of this book is to help children understand the FGDM process and to inspire hope that their family can make the changes necessary to minimize system intervention and help focus the parents on the need to make those changes for the child's sake.
