Telling students to "be careful" is not enough to protect them from the many physical hazards that constantly threaten their safety. In these engaging activity books, students will recognize that the Hard, Sharp, Hot, and Slippery Bandits are a constant threat. Self-regulation and responsible decision-making skills will be honed as children learn to avoid Ms. Fast, Mr. Tired - and perhaps most of all, Mr. Complacency. Students will find the activities engaging and they will color their way to increased awareness of the threats around them, and how to avoid them.

Bandits Down the Drain introduces the Boo Boo Bandits, Ms. Hard, Mr. Sharp, Ms. Hot, and Mr. Slippery. Ouch-Buster MacKenzie recruits her younger sister, Erin to take on the bandits, but MacKenzie gets caught in the Bandits' trap and Erin is the only one who can save her.
