Your students will enjoy the adventures of the Ouchbusters as they battle the BooBoo Bandits to prevent cuts, bruises and broken bones. They will learn to be on the alert for Miss Hot, Mr. Slippery, Ms. Hard and Mr. Sharp. They will also become aware of mental states that lead to accidents and other mistakes. Rushing, being tired, feeling angry and not thinking cause your eyes or mind not to be on what you are doing, getting in the way of moving objects or losing your balance.

Created by Larry Wilson, author of the SafeStart program used by thousands of businesses worldwide, the BooBoo Bandits Activity Book is designed to "take safety home." The coloring book is based on the popular BooBoo Bandits TV Show, which is available online at no charge as part of SafeStart’s commitment to child safety.

Funding for a safety initiative utilizing the BooBoo Bandits Activity Books may be available through Title I Parent & Family Engagement Funds or other sources.
